Default Daymaker installation?

How difficult is the Daymaker to install? Has anyone added more forward lighting to their Street?

I got the dealer to put in the Daymaker for free as a closer on the bike.

Funny thing though, I haven't had a chance to do a night ride yet...

the m is standard, the a is adaptive and worth every penny.

if that's too rich for your blood, there is this thread......

https://www.hdforums.com/forum/dyna-...for-250-a.html there's A LOT OF INFO in that thread... lots of reading. don't stop at 7"

and

this old standard: https://www.amazon.com/Wisamic-Proje.../dp/B01DZU30S0

Actually, I did read your post. From JW Speakers listing for dealers in my area, I was given two vendors - Drag Specialties and Parts Unlimited. Drag Specialties takes me to my local HD Dealers, Parts Unlimited showed the 8690M for 420.95 and the 8690 Adaptive for 699.95. I found the 8690m via the HD Dealer for $399.95 but no adaptive one. None of the costs are worth it to me, especially when I don't ride in the dark, unless by accident.
