Nightstick or Loose Cannon?

As everyone knows, the exhaust on a Street 750 is too quiet. I don't want my exhaust loud, but I would like a little more sound. Lot's of people like the Firebrand Loose Cannon but without one I can personally hear, I fear it may be too loud, even with the optional quiet insert. For comparison, I put a set of Vance and Hines slipons with quiet baffles on my Lowrider S and it was too loud. I know a Nightstick from Harley would be oK on the sound but I don't like the look of the endcap and it's more expensive. Anyone else like me with a loose cannon? I ride through state parks and don't want to be "that loud ass guy".
If anyone lives in Louisville with a loose cannon I'd like to meet up if possible so I can hear one. Thanks!

Just bought the loose cannon and also ordered the quiet baffle with it. $221 total. With all the good reviews I figured it'll be OK. I'll report back in a couple of weeks once it's on for a while.

I must not be in the "everyone" crowd. I prefer my quiet Street 750. Just because it's a Harley doesn't mean it has to "sound like one"!

True that. I installed a "quiet insert" on mine and now it's perfect. For me anyway. Nice bark on hard acceleration but not loud cruising.
