Default How to raise the street a bit

I have a friend who may purchase a street but says the bike needs to be raised up some for him to be comfortable. I found the tall-boy seat but is there anything else that can raise the bike up a bit? Taller shocks? Which ones have you tried/recommend? What about the front? Thanks!

This is a case of pointing them to the Street Rod maybe a better Idea and save a lot of messing around in the long run.
Raise the seat bars may not fit well. Raising the shocks, the Street already sit nose low.

I'm 6' 3" and use the tallboy seat. It's comfortable but after about an hour and a half I want to get off, but that's about the max I go for anyway. FWIW.
