Default Amazon Sunpie knockoff Daymakers

Hey all , I know a lot of people have bought the Sunpie LED daymaker knock offs on Amazon and there is a ton of great reviews on amazon about them but there wasn't really any good video reviews about them. last night I got mine in the mail and decided to do a short little video review. the first video is the unboxing and looking them over and talking about them , the 2nd video is the lights installed on my bike and how they look and fit!

Best $70 I spend on my bike for riding at night. Huge improvement over the stock light.

I got my Sunpies in yesterday and got them installed on my Heritage.

It took me a tad longer than D-Doc due to my Reckless fairing sits so tight to the headlight bucket I have to loosen the outer fairing to get the trim ring off.
That being said it still only took me about 45 minutes and that's while drinking a beer and taking my time.

As with D-Doc, I'm very impressed with these.
IMO these lights are differently worth $100.

it says on their website touring models will need the ring. softails don't. I didn't on my Heritage and as far as ive read neither did anyone else on any softails. so yes I would assume youll need the mounting ring

I believe you do for anything older than 2014 touring. I did not for my 2015. I did have to get the adaptor to plug in the headlight, I think it was $12.

What the heck is up with that huge bezel ring on the 7" unit? The Harley lights certainly don't have that!

How is the the daytime visibility at an angle? The last knock-off I tried looked like the light was off at an angle during the day.

Do they make a light that fits in the passing lamps?
