Two ride through videos from a trip South this weekend. Lake Mead (highway 169) and Valley of Fire. Can't believe I was riding in a flannel in February!

One of my favorite rides is the North Shore road to Overton. Nice Video

It's one of my favorites now as well. I love fast twisty roads you can take pretty much wide open (within reason). Valley of Fire was great for the view, but 25-35mph with traffic isn't exactly exhilarating.

LOL, I saw your speedometer and it wasn't at 35. Its really tough to stay at 50 the speed limit

A ride I have very much been wanting to do. Hope to make it to Valley of Fire this spring, before the temps get too hot. Nice video, thanks for sharing!

Thanks! It's a shorter ride, but that gives you plenty of time to take in the rock formations. Absolutely amazing to see up close.

That looks like a nice ride. I think I just decided to go there after daylight savings. Weekend after St. Patty's looks good. Nice videos and thanks for the inspiration.

This is the route I took if anyone is interested. This could easily be extended to include a stop at Hoover Damn, which I think is worth it. The damn tour that takes you down to see the generators is pretty cool. A real marvel of American engineering.
