Riding in -45 windchill
I'm sure many of you heard about the polar vortex that hit the midwest last week. We'll I came across this youtube video of the F bomb baggers who decided to go for a motorcycle ride in -45 degrees windchill. Let's just say a big nope to that, not just because of the snow, but because of all the salt he just got all over the bike and chrome. Someone's going to be spending the evening cleaning that bike.

I grew up in Wisconsin in the sixties (when Bart Star walked on water). In February it rarely gets much above zero. Our club used to hold ice races (side-hacks and stud classes). When it is zero out and the wind is blowing across the lake and your riding/racing maybe 40 mph it gets insanely cold (the slush freezes on your snow suit and you have to flex to break it all off). The warm-up shack sold allot of hot chocolate!

Most snowmobilers wear double visors that don't freeze. I predict in six months, why are my harness corroded inside, why is there rust at the welds of my frame, why is there fuzzy gray crap on my aluminum parts? I paid big bucks for this piece of crap, c'mon Harley you can do better. Just shakin' my head.
