Race Bob

I thought this was kinda cool and would share .

I love it, but have no idea what he's planning to race against. Have a hard time believing that could be competitive against a stock GSXR let alone something more exotic.

Still very cool and a lot of fun.

I bet it does pretty well up against the 600’s.

Would like to see it with a set of good heads and better intake and exhaust combo.

The suspension setup is awesome i want I want to do the same thing.

I’m doing the same brake setup but with brembo m4 calipers.

Weight alone puts it at a significant disadvantage.

There's more info on what they have planned for it if you open the vid on YT and read the description of it.

Completely agree there. The lean angle aswell. No replacement for the tq and hp that bike makes over a 600cc sport bike. I guarantee that bike weighs around 550lbs now with the work he’s done.
R6 comes in at about 425. The Harley has 150tq and prob close to 150hp.
The r6 is crank rated at 125hp 49tq.
The harley should leave it way behind in the straits. The great equalizer in this is the rider of course. The sport bike can maintain more speed in the corners for sure.
Either way it’s pretty cool. I’m doing many similar things to my bob as we speak.

A race between the two would be an interesting exercise.
l don't know how well a 128ci engine would take to being repeatedly revved out close to redline though, it could end badly in a cloud of shrapnel.

The mid control setup they are using is pretty damn sweet. When there is a will, there is a way.
