I think that it would be great to see a pic of the mascot in Russia. I understand about the riding thing as opposed to the mailing thing, but would it hurt to make an exception based on the fact that, how often would it get to someplace like Russia?

I know I'm chiming in late on this, but I'm of the mail it to Joe and mail it back to Steve opinion. Let's keep this as close to its original intent as possible, but this is definitely a chance that can't be passed up.

I agree with Mac. No offense to our brethren in the colder, wetter, snowier (is that even a word?) states but we must take into consideration the weather changes ahead and try to plan so that upon it's return the mascot does not get stuck somewhere for the winter. A tour of the Sunbelt for winter may be in order then have it travel to the north and northeast in the spring time. Just a thought.
