The Mascot needs a ride to Sunapee, NH!
The Forum Mascot stayed this Winter in the Chicago area and is waiting for a ride into the Sunapee NH area to visit good old forum member chappy:
In order to help Mike and Eve to get the Mascot going, here's a map showing some members' locations who are willing to help in this project.
If you're willing to participate (or know any other member who might be) and not yet on this this map, please chime in and let us know your location.
Let's make it happen, gals 'n' guys!!!
Getting the mascot to Ohio is already in the works. As soon as JR is back on the road he and I are meeting for the handoff. mikebaby I can let you know when this happens if you want to ride along.
Eve your offer might work well. What we need is someone in between you and I as an intermediary, maybe someone in Pa? What I am working on is a bit personal, but its personal to our site too. We have a member up in NH I believe who is battling cancer, and has come to the realization that he can no longer make any long rides. He is an awesome person and a long time member here. I believe it would be super cool if we could reach out to him, maybe do a hand off to him as this might be his last chance at such an honor. So since you mentioned riding up his way......let me know if you are interested. You can pm me or reach out here, whatever.

We can meet somewhere inbetween. Mohican has some nice riding areas and there's a great bar called the Iron Pony just north of Loudonville about 5 miles. Meet up, do a little riding, have lunch/dinner and head our separate routes. Meeting place is always open. The work schedule is screwy nowadays with only getting 1 weekend off a month but I do get 3 out of 4 Sundays off.
