Back in 2009 Admin Staff decided to send the Mascot to Europe after it had been collecting dust for a long time.
I carried it around the European continent and it was shipped back to the USA by forum member Springer after I handed it over to him when he visited Europe.
Let's first wait and see if you can get it on the move again this riding season and if we can arrange to have it handed over to me May next year.
I'm pretty sure there are some members in the Eastern States that carried the "old" Mascot some years ago (2012 & 2013)who are willing to sign the new Mascot.

FYI - I live only 45 minutes from the Tail of the Dragon (on the Tennessee side). Give me a heads up when you will be coming through here in May 2019 and I will meet up with your group and show you a little southern hospitality. With my new job, I don't have as much time to get on this forum as much as I used to. So a PM is probably the best way to contact me.
