HDF Mascot in GA (Nov. 2013)
This afternoon Beav, Jim and I rode to Chattanooga to pick up and move the HDF Mascot further down south during the colder weather.
After reading some of the travel notes or Manifest that comes with the Mascot seems it has been on the road for about a year. The first Mascot traveled the world.
Well... It's here in Atlanta. I want to pass it along to as many people on the site as possible.

This post outlines the basic rules for carrying the Mascot.
1. The Mascot can only be carried and passed to registered members of HDForums.com.
2. The Mascot can only be moved on a Harley Davidson motorcycle or a Harley Davidson custom or chopper. (Sorry no cars, planes, boats, or other makes of motorcycles can be used.)
3. All actual HDF Members are eligilbe to sign the Mascot. One signature per HDF Member is allowed on the Mascot
4. A photo or photos of the members involved in the ride should be submitted along with a story and route the Mascot moved. Please submit these stories to Tripper so that he can update the "Travels Of The Mascot" thread.
The first Mascot was retired.
So here comes the new Mascot
As you can see there are very few signatures on it but it has traveled from Arizona to Atlanta.
I will be setting up a meeting where everyone can come visit the Mascot and sign it. Plans will be dependent on how many people want to get involved.
Speak up if you want to get with the Mascot. I see it may rain next weekend but there is always the next. After it makes the rounds here I will be looking for someone to pass it on to South Georgia and along to Florida for the winter.

Was fortunate enough to transport and sign the original Mascot when it made a loop out to Washington State a couple of years ago. Hope folks will take the time to get out and meet other forum members, who knows, friendships and riding groups may develop...

GG... The only way it can travel is on a Harley. Was thinking about a few of the guys that live in your area that you can ride with? Want to give a few of the guys up here a chance to get some pics with it too. I won't hoard it but don't think I can move it this weekend. Rain is in the forecast and you know what happens to me when I get cold.. and wet, Gerbing or not.
