Default Stock 2015 883 Iron Powercommander V 15-017

I'm new to the fuel injection world and have a quick question. I'm looking at the Powercommander V 15-017. I see a map for stock exhaust and filter ( M15-017-001.pvm Stock exhaust Stock air filter)

I plan to keep my bike stock for a while. Would this tuner and the map for the stock setup be worth the money? Does it make a noticeable difference?

just looking for some feedback.
thanks!

well, from what I found on the web harley's run lean in stock form and this is supposed to help even with stock air cleaner and pipes. Don't have my bike yet (supposed to be ready friday), but I went ahead and ordered the Dynojet Power Commander V PCV Part No 15-017 and downloaded the software and maps to my PC.

images are from the stock exhaust stock air filter map.

plan to play with it after I break in the bike. i'll let you all know how I make out

JMO, but stock bike = no need to tune (save ca$h for later)...why waste the money?

thanks, yeah I thought about that... but i guess i'm just curious and want to learn more about it. I've rebuilt a few carbs over the years, but never played with fuel injection. total newbie and this seems like a good way to get my feet wet and learn some new stuff... we'll see i guess...

found this on the web:

"On a completely stock bike the fuel curve is usually fine at 100% throttle, however at the lower throttle openings the fuel curve is usually lean. Installing a properly mapped Power Commander on a bike like this would make no improvement at 100% throttle, therefore no peak horsepower gain. However in the lower throttle openings where fuel curve was lean, the bike will run smoother, cooler, and have better throttle response providing a more confident ride. If you did before and after throttle roll-ons, for example 20%, you might see a 30% increase in power."
