1997 FLHTCUI EVO Wont crank, Fuel Problem Desperate for help?
Ok guys here is my problem, first of all I have tracked down everything I could think of as far as a firing problem, we have replaced with all oem parts: New plug wires, new coil, new ignition module, new crank position sensor, and ecm module. Along with all that we have checked fuses, all grounds, all relays etc..
The bike has cranked and ran one time for a short period of time but once it stopped we never have gotten it to hit again, it spins over fine and everything seems to be working it just won't crank.
No matter how much or how long you turn the bike over the plugs are never wet with gas. When we removed the fuel lines the throttle body had no gas in it.
Starting with fuel when the fuel pump first comes on should the fuel flow come out of the return line inside the tank immediately and continuously the entire time the fuel pump is running?
Also have fuel coming out of small hole that is in the bottom of the fuel pump not sure if this is supposed to happen or not but this is a new fuel pump form Harley not an aftermarket?
