I've found a manual idle **** that replaces your IAC. Read up on that. Good luck. Subscribed

I have same bike same idle quality. Clean your AIC. Reroute your hot oily vapors externally. Turn off bike with key not handlebar switch. Reset computer key on 10 sec. Key off 10 ect 4X. You're 8 pages back already!

He means the IAC. It's a step motor located about 12:00 inside the throttle body opening. Spray some throttle body cleaner, cycle the run switch a few times so the motor moves in and out.
It's not unusual for the idle to bounce around a little (after all, it is a 2 cylinder), but I think the gauge overdoes it in the display.
