107 rebuild spark no fuel

need some ideas guys. i did an upgrade to a 107 from fuelmoto. while doing all this i also decided to replace my fuel filter while i had her down.
the fuel pump does prime on ignition, it does have spark. i do get a small amount of fuel from the quick disconnect. cranks but no start.
appears to be no fuel at the spark plugs.
could the injectors be backwards?
i did unplug everything prior to disconnecting the battery, could that be a problem?

I just put my '03 back together. My injector harness lays in such a way that it would be hard to hook up backwards. Can you disconnect the fuel line from the injectors and get fuel out when switched on? Plug wires on correctly ? Left side of coil to front plug. Don't ask how I know. Is it trying to fire, popping or booming in the exhaust.

turns over good, has compression. does not pop or act like it want to start. pull the plug and it's bone dry.
the way the injectors come down from the harness(zip tied) 1 on the left (rear) and 1 on the right (front) as looking at it from the a/c side.
plug wires are ok. from the left side of the bike looking in, far side (rear cylinder) near side (font cylinder)

Check fuses. Check fuel pump connector to see if you bent a pin or one dislodged. Make sure you hooked up connector.

First thing I would do is disable the ACR's and do a compression test. All it takes is one pushrod to be out of adjustment and holding a valve open and the system will not spark. Just ran into this with a customer last week. If you had the tank apart to replace the fuel filter you may need to go back in and make sure everything is routed and connected properly.

Good advice... Open your gas tank, turn the ignition on so the fuel pump kicks on and listen for a gurgle. If you hear a gurgle or bubbling noise or whatever, chances are the fuel filter assembly came apart or a fuel line popped off. Happened to me...

From you description you have SPARK but no FUEL right? The fuel line quick disconnect is not seated properly can cause it to not get fuel to the injectors. That's where I would start, unplug it and plug it back in.

unplugged and plugged disconnect several times and blew it out. went through and readjusted all the pushrods again. no difference.
tomorrow i will be getting the tank off and checking all of it again. thanks for the input fellas.

fordhd2005 hit the nail on the head. there was a "GURGLE" fuel came unconnected from the fuel filter assembly. snapped it back on she started up after only 2 cranks!!!! who hooo.
went out for a little ride kept it under 40mph after about 25-30 minutes i noticed a faint knocking sound. she had good oil pressure 40-45 when starting out. after the knocking started it did seem to drop down to 30ish.
checked oil temp on return from dipstick 216 degree's(colder day but very low for my bike) the oil level was difficult to determine. either it was so clear i could not read it or it all went out the rear end.
will take another look at it today after work.
