lowest AFR at idle
How low could the AFR be set at idle without washing down the cylinders?

I dropped the AFR to 13.5 in the 1k RPM, 20 kPa box and it seems to have stopped going into engine temp management mode. I want it to stay a little cooler at idle, but don't want to wash the cylinder out.
