I am looking to adding bags to my CVO FXDWG3 and need to relocate my rear Turn Signals.

Has anyone done this?

What and How did you move your Rear Turn signals?

I used theHarley 68718-02kit (Fits '02-'05 FXDWG models) on my 03 Wide Glide.It moves the turn signals to the back hole on the struts. I traded the Wide Glide so I have the kit if you want it for a few $. I've seen a couple guys mount the turn signals to the sides of the license plate bracket, too.
