Is this a used PC3USB?
Reliability of those units are questionable. Some seem to last forever and some die over time.
Remove the unit. Does the bike run normal? If so you are possibly the owner of someone else's failure.

Do both cylinders work when PC3 is removed?

If it works with the PCIII removed, then the PCIII is bad. You say it is a used unit? How do you know it is good? You can send it back to Dynojet, and they will test it, though I don't know what they would charge you to do that.

Don't reinstall the PCIII until you figure out your ignition issues. Make sure the battery is fully charged. Check for trouble codes.

Some of the earlier twinkies had a problem with the front injector harness being too short, but I thought they had that figured out by 2007. You can do a wiggle test on the front injector wire to see if it is shorted though. You should check for spark in the front cyl.
