Hi, I have a 16 lowrider s. I put an fp3 on it last fall. Started it last week for the first time this year and it went into limp mode from two codes indicating throttle by wire issues. the dealer wont fix it because of the fuel pack! Is this something that can be fixed at home?

 

Will the dealer put it back to OEM specifications on your dime, or flat not ever touch your scoot? That EPA s#@t stinks.

 

Take the fuel pak off very easy bike won't run great but will run and then take bike in, when it's fixed put it back on. I had same problem then got rid of fuel and replaced it with SEST and had it dynode.

 

they said the ecm was burned and could not be fixed. but I went to the dealership and vance an hines talked me through programing it again. if the ecm is burned up, how come the bike runs? they will fix it on my dime. they didn't evan say anthing about the throttle issue!!!!
