Hi all.

Got a 17 FXDL (European Version).

Bought PV from FuelMoto, got some Bassani RR2 Mega (chrome) and Fuel Moto Air cleaner.

Firstly non of the maps from DJ web site work natively on the bike, kept getting incompatibility massages.

with the last map update 1 map appeared (improved stock)

anyway.

I asked Fuelmoto to load a couple of maps for my setup on the PV (for RR2 and TBR Comp S)

these maps don't load ether...

I said ok, took my stock map, copied the VE AFR SPARK Enrichment Enleanment tables and pasted them on my stock map.

then every thing worked fine.

so whats the issue?

bike is running very strong !!!

but when i go full throttle with fast acceleration i get an engine check light and error P1505 with "Power limit Violation". revs limited to 2500
until clearing of codes...

any one knows what's up?

i would suspect maybe some of your issues are related to it being an INT model? go to DJ site and get the 2017 Dyna INT-only model map and start there.

the error code probably has to do with the ETC control map (or some other non-visible check) not matching up with what you've done in the VE tables making the ECM think there is a vacuum leak or a problem with the throttle blade someplace.

 

that's why i suggested contacting dyno jet. if you email them all the maps that you have, they can convert them to the international style that you need. you get to keep the VE and spark tables, but the rest of the restrictions can get converted.
