Google and should come with way to read codes through dash and what they mean.
This looks like it.

Dunno. 01 is MM fuel injection. Less and less people probably know it. At first glance flash erros makes me think someone tried to load a new map into it or hook up to it, and a problem. But I dunno MM.
I don't think ECMs are high failure rate. But it is 16 years old. I would still look at other places and google this. Maybe someone else knows. I have an 01, but carbed. My FI bike is delphi, is probably easier to work with.

Crank sensors were around $45. I believe early 01s had cam sensors. Which had issues so they got rid of them.
I am not afraid to replace old parts, for the sake of having new parts. My 01 was having some infrequent stalling and funny starts. Coil ohmed good but was the last thing I replaced, and problem went away. I had crank sesnor code, I thought too. Which I would think you would have.
I would google that error.
Check connections.
But there is only so many things. Depending on how much money you got, I realize easy to spend other guys money, you may want to replace parts on 16 year old bike.
I'd give all I could a look over. It can be hard to see wires though. I would google this problem. I am not familar with that code.
You can replace alot of parts for what a dealer charges for a couple hours of work. But could cost you some time.
No spark makes me think CPK and coil, and wires. ECM too, but you seem to hear less of them failing, doesn't mean they dont.
Longer to crank? So like, low battery voltage? Could put it on charger over night. Free. ECM may not like low votlage either.
