Well If your willing to travel a little to the bay area, Oakland/Hayward Look up RC Cycles. You've been talking with there tuner in this post.

Sorry for the delay, I bought my fp3 about 8 months ago, at that time I had no problem, received my order in about a week.
I'm going to the website now and see if I have the same success
