Any hope in CA?
I'm unlucky enough to reside in CA, and I can't get a tuner that's worth a crap. They're all severely limited as what you can do. I have the SE "Street Tuner", I downloaded the one lousy map provide into my '17 Roadster (with high flow air filter and SE mufflers) and it's running lean as hell. Spark plugs are WHITE.
Is there ANY way of getting a good tuner in CA?

I have an Ex in AZ....
But I have a feeling I may be proper f*cked. The VIN# has a digit that designates it as a CA bike, and since all tuners (that I know of) "marry" themselves to the bike by the VIN#, a non-CA tuner will probably puke on me and not work. But that's just an assumption. Has anybody out there tried using a non-CA tuner on a CA bike?

Find an event in your area, take your tuner and bike. I believe the easyrider bike show has the dynojet mobile guys. You can also find them here: http://www.dynojet.com/dynocenters/d...o-centers.aspx
