Default Fuel pump running no fuel

2001 fatboy bike set up for a year changed fuel pump,filter and all new lines pump runs but won't pump fuel won't even fill the lines up in the tank

Check the quick connect fitting at the tank. Sometimes they will not seat properly.

sheared drive due to gum build from stale fuel, faulty regulator causing by-pass to tank, just some options for thought.

Took the line loose from the fuel filter ran the pump and nothing shouldn't it pump straight out the pump it's a brand new HD pump

i assume you are testing pump outside of tank in a bucket of water??? if the inlet sock is remove-able, check for obstruction. also, you should be able to feed water through the pump via suction and out the discharge hose. if you know the impeller is actually turning and you can force water through pump, then the pump has issues.
