Air CLeaner

I have a SE air cleaner, Stock Headers and Rinehart 3.5" slip ons and the Local Harley shop tuned it through their computers so there's no tuner on bike. if I go with a different Hi flo air cleaner would I have to retune bike for that air cleaner?
