i can send you some copies of the trouble tree, just pm me an address. do not post here as the world will know.
can you access any DTC's? that model, you should be able to get them via the check engine light flashes.
it appears the lt gn/gy wire is a common thread.
i can send the pages on checking code with out the scanalyzer, will require making a small jumper.

The security fuse is the power wire going into tssm. Brown wire. Its hot even when ignition is off but according to wiring diagram its wired straight to battery source so thats supposed to be 12v all time i reckon. Tssm is also fed by ignition grey wire.. i guess my next step would be wire all those derect bypassing harness and see what happens

You can't PM because you haven't been here long enough and don't have enough posts.

Well all voltage checks out according to those docs it calls for replacing tssm/tsm but i just cant grasp that the used one doin same as old one. I mean it could be possible i got a bad used tsm or a bad used ign module doin same thing. I cant find any shorts all voltage checks out. And of course if i buy new module and tsm and that aint problem they wont take em back fer refund.. pfft

It seems there are several of us going thru same thing same symptoms. Surely someone will solve this soon or later. Ive given up on prodding wires and testing! Beyond my grade.
