Which Tuner
Hi, I have a stock 2015 FXDB that I知 installing Bassini 2into1 exhaust and a better air filter to free up breathing to try and squeeze a little more performance out of it,I知 thinking of installing new cams next year.
Ok my question is which tuner would be a good choice? My local Harley dealer recommended a Vance and Hines FP3 and I知 considering a Dynojet Power Commander. I have no expiriance with tuners but I do come with a mechanical background and just installed fuel injection in my 69 Camaro which was pretty easy to figure out.

I use the original Fuelpak. If you plan to upgrade items often, it may not be the best choice. New mods once in awhile make it perfect .You get the codes from V&H website rather than plugging it in to a computer or phone, based on the setup you are running .Go to their site and you can get the codes right now to see how simple it is.

I have a power commander V in my bike works fine, I did have it tuned at a dyno shop I know its right. Some of the other tuners you can **** with on the fly, me don't like that I would be ****ing with them all the time. This is my 3rd bike that I have done this way. One time and its right.

When canned maps are created there is the assumption that all stage1 bikes are the same. Nothing could be further from the truth. No 2 bikes are close enough to assume a canned maps will produce a flawless running bike that gets great mileage with good response and power from idle to redline.
As always, JMHO based tuning these bikes for the past 20 years.
