Sceaming eagle Protuner Updater issues
So I finally have my my SE Protuner setup on my laptop .
Wanted to do my first install . The software prompted me to do an update . Then update failed here is the screen
So after I was able to connect the VCI and get an update to run and Got this screen
It did finally got run an update in this screen and I did a reboot . But Now I cannot get past the first issue that the software wants an update before It will go forward ..
ANY IDEAS ??/??????

first off, work on your English skills a bit as it is a little difficult to understand you. first off are you using an Apple or PC product for a comuter. Second, your screenshots are not showing on the post so we cant see what you are talking about.

What operating system version do you have on your laptop?
Version 11.x only supports
I can't see your screenshot.
Have you turned off pop up blockers?

It should download a Help file named - DOWNLOAD_HELP_FILE_en-US.pdf

Version 11.x only supports
- Super Tuner software is approved for Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 (32 and 64 bit) and Windows 10 (64 bit) system.
I can't see your screenshot.

Thank to all that reached out . And sorry for the delay in getting back to you all.
I have a PC windows 8 .
Just so everyone know I was able to get things going .
I removed the program using windows uninstall . Then reinstalled .
Now it seems to be working .Good Communications with the PC and the Bike now
I will update in the spring once I start tuning it

stage 4 screaming eagle kit just installed
Looking for a 58 mm backing plate any ideas guys?
