Default dead cylinder

I have a 2005 Road king police, I rode it for about 35 miles and suddenly I lost power in one cylinder. I have spark on both plugs, bike starts right up, changed the ECM and still wont fire in one cylinder?

It's spark or fuel. How did you test for spark? Wire to block or plug to block? Or test jumper? Could be a bad plug if you have fuel and spark.

What codes are you pulling up? Have you checked the connectors on your injectors?

My son's 2004 FXDLI started running rough and smelling gassy a few blocks from the house. He limped it home and ran the codes which indicated that the front injector was not working and we found that the plug had corrosion and was intermittent. Cleaned it all up and put some dielectric grease in them and back on the road.

Not yet, leaning towards a bad fuel injector. I have spark and compression.
