Fuel pump turns on, have spark, won't start!

I recently did a tank swap on a 2012 sportster forty-eight in addition to a coil relocation. The bike was working perfectly before this, and the fuel pump was transferred over to the new tank. The bik cranks but will not start.

I have checked the following:
  • both spark plugs have spark
  • the fuel pump turns on and I can feel some pressure in the fuel line
  • coils are not reversed
  • bike still won't start if I spray starter fluid directly in the intake
  • fuel in the tank
What other troubleshooting steps can I take? the only thing I can think of is I don't have enough fuel compression in the line but It seems unlikely as everything was working perfectly the day before(need special tools and adapters for this). I would rather not spend a few hundred at the stealership if I don't have to.

I appreciate any input you might have. Please note what I have already tried before suggesting that I check if there's fuel in the tank haha.

Injectors firing? Plugs wet or dry?

if you get fuel and spark in the cylinder with any compression, it will fire sooner or later unless it is firing on the wrong stroke...did you check to see if you reversed your plug wires?

If the motor is spinning, the plugs should be getting fuel on them. After trying to start the bike 3-4 times, remove the plugs. If they are dry, you are not getting fuel to the cylinders.

You need to recheck the fuel connection at the tank. Sometimes it feels like it is in but doesn’t flow fuel.
Disconnect, inspect, and reinstall.
Try again.

Did you mess with the plug wires? Are they crossed. Motor won't run if they are crossed.
