I have a 2009 FDXFSE 110 screaming eagle. Used and to my knowledge stock except the addition of a fuel pak (came with short shots, switched to big radius 2 into one)
Yep 110's run lean and hot. 4 weeks now, on the phone with Vance and Hines formulating maps. Running strong except for a flat spot around 2000 rpm that causes vibration. Vibration and acceleration improve above 2200 ish, and smooth as silk at 2400 rpm. Problem seems to be mainly present when machine is hot (closed loop?), and barely exists in cold state (one loop?) Plug gap good, no intake leaks. Any thoughts?

 

Yeah, dump the FP and go with a PV or TTS and get it tuned.

Just installed my new PV from Fuel Moto. They effin' rock! Bike runs great! 110 pulls like freight train and runs way cooler on the map they developed. Forever done with futile attempts navigating through weak VH maps and the inadequate level of support they choose to provide. FM actually works for your business. That's the **** this country was founded on.
