Do I need to get an expensive tuner??
What's up to all that read this.
My bike is a 2014 Road King 103, I'm planning to de-cat my stock head pipe install Jones Full Boar mufflers and stage 1 air cleaner. It would be a big help to get everyone's opinion on the tuner I should buy... Was looking at the Vance and Hines fp 3 but I'm not sure if get something that expensive now is worth it in the long run, or should go for a cheaper tuner? I'm honestly not sure what power mods I'll be doing in the future. Although the 110ci tire shredder kit looks very appealing.....😁 Thanks for your responses.....

You'll certainly need something if going that far. If you're planning on doing more, a tuner will be best way to go, lot's of discussions on various manufacturers here. Or just get a HD one time tune at the shop for the mods you've done now, but it's probably going to cost the same as picking up a tuner. Getting a tuner will give you flexibility down the road if you go to stage 2 or more, good luck.
