2010 Heritage Softail Classic died & no start

I have a problem with my 2010 Heritage classic.
On the way home from a little over a 200 mile trip i turned on my road and shortly after it shut off. I grabbed the clutch and re started it and it fired rite back up but the check engine light stayed on. I pulled in the driveway and shut it off to open the garage. Fired it up and pulled it in the garage and it shut off again. Tried to start it and it started and died then would not start again. Turns over fine just no start. I check the codes and it had a P0261=front injector open, P0263=rear injector open & P1002= system relay high. I checked the system relay and it tests good. I have key and battery power to the relay but I only have ground from the ECU for the 2 second prime. No ground when trying to start. I traced the wiring back from the relay to pin 4 on the ECU and it is all good. I can supply a ground to pin 4 at the ECU and it will fire up and run fine till I remove the ground. But sets all the codes for the relay. P1001,P1002 & P1004.
I was thinking ECU may have went bad but it does send ground for the 2 sec prime so maybe TSM? I do not have security on this bike or a fob but have read that it still has a tilt switch incorporated in the TSM that shuts down the system relay if you drop the bike. I did take a crap load of tight floorboard dragging turns but never dropped it or hit anything.
I feel it is one of the 2 (ECU or TSM) just not sure how to test the systems any further to determine which one?
I hate to just jump it and ride around with a check engine light. Any ideas where to go next? Can the tilt sensor be bypassed to determine if it is the problem?
Thanks for any advice.
