Great Service at Zipper's
 

I've posted here some questions that I was having with TMax, AFR ratios of 9.30 and not moving. Got Zipper's to send me the 4.5 Firmware upgrade and downloaded some new maps. From that point on the engine light came on and would not go off, the engine light is the warning that head temps are too high -- except mine were coming on when the heads were ice cold. Called Zippers, they ran me through a few checks, told me to send the unit back and a new one is coming. Very helpful, very polite, very good customer service.
