ADJUSTING MagMarelli Air Bleed Screws?

I found an air leak between my Magnetti Morelli EFI and the heads. Now I need to adjust the two air bleed screws.

How many turns do I adjust them, and is it a full revolution of the screwdriver or a flat side turn. Do I bottom each screw out and then back off the amount of turns?
