bike wont start, no spark, please help
im workin on gettin a bike running that sat up for a few years
and after cleanin out the old gas and oil, rebuilding the carburators and that basic stuff i got it running
ran fine till a few weeks ago it died on me completley
it would turn over but wouldnt stay running more than a few seconds
battery wouldnt stay charged
ive changed the starter sylenoid, crankcase cam sensor, spark plugs, spark plug wires, and the battery
and today i changed the voltage regulator
it started for a few minutes then started backfiring and now it wont start, its not getting any spark at all
i have no clue what it could be now
if anyone has anyclues, the weather is awesome an im ready to ride
thanks

RE: bike wont start, no spark, please help
Sorry I have been away from my computer for a few days, have you made any headway getting your bike started and running good, if not you will probably need a new coil as now you don't have any spark to your plugs, I know thatthese thing often happen in bunches, first one thing goes then another but that's how it goes most of the time... see if your local indy can bench test your coil, that will tell you for sure if it's dead or not
