TTS Mastertune Information

I had the D&D 2:1 setup, the fullsac 2:1:2 and rinehart 4" setup, and now the fullsac 2:1:2 and thunderheader setup.
The D&D IS WITHOUT A DOUBT a performance setup and the best performing setup I've ever had on a bike. I noticed a huge difference after removing it but I did remove it for other reasons, too loud for me.
Also if you're worried about having that "bagger" look with your exhaust, then get the ghost pipe.

I definitely do not want to get loud with the exhaust, so I was looking at the quiet baffle. Do you have any knowledge of how loud that baffle might be? I would like a better HD sound than the stock pipe but I can't get too loud w/o upsetting the wife. I am interested in something with a deep throaty sound on accell and decel but gets quieter while cruising.
If I need to take these questions to another forum just let me know? I don't want to clutter the TTS forum with unrelated questions if it is a problem?

WELL..first run no Data, shame had nice hills to..reload FR 2 hr head home, download 4 files recorded..very small files 4000, 8000 hits not much histogram wise ?? Would there be a difference if i accidentally loaded full map rather then map adjusted for Vtune ??? gonna try sneek an hour in before the rain hits here ..and read help files quick although it does seem fool proof..

I would definitely recheck to see if you have a VTune file in your bike. There will be no data in open loop.

I think I am in the right section....TTS is the same as SERT or close to it???
My 110 with 585's has a rear cylinder issue sounds like maybe the timing is moving around at idle......inconsistent idle problem....Can you point me in the right direction..I will gladly pay a tuner to make the necessary adjustments.

I want to under stand this before I start,
when do I hook up the lap top to the Communications interface to the bike?
I can guess,,, but I don't want to mess any think up.
this is what you said to do.
(Can?) Cam selector:
Start up the bike and warm it up until is at warm idle.
Turn the bike off.
Open DataMaster.
Select File> Data Recording (proper ECM such as J1850)> Cam Tune Data
Save the data file in your desktop folder.
Start the bike and let it come to warm idle again.
Start the data recording.
Time the data recording to 3 minutes.
Turn off the data recording first.
Turn off the bike.
Open the data file in your desktop folder.
Select View> Camshaft Analyzer> Opening
Read the manual how to analyze the graph.
Open your VTune-001 in MasterTune
Open Table Selection> ECM Tuning Constants.
Reset your IVO (Intake Valve Opening) Cam data in the Cam Selector. Leave the IVC
alone for now.
Save the VTune file as VTune-001
Flash the new VTune-001 file as above in Flash the Bike.
Start the bike to see how it idles.
If it is a rough idle go back to your Cam Selector and chose the IVO setting one number lower.
Save the file as VTune-001 and flash the bike.
See how this calibration idles and chose which IVO idles the best. Change the IVO to the first number if the bike idles badly and reflash.
