Mr. Wiz,

Here is a Dropbox link to my files. Does that work for you?

That's perfect

3 should be your IVO. You could also choose 2 but use the one with the best idle.

Your IVC should start out by using the calculator but if you want to test it you can... on a dyno if you have one available. Hold the RPM's to 3500 for three minutes to get the IVC graph and get your number. It's good to know there are only three choices in the IVC

Seems you are on the right track.

So the correct entry in the database cam tune estimator is 3? The wording of the box and the instructions lead me to believe I should be entering my actual cam opening degrees BTDC.

Then I need to set all of the boxes in the lambda chart to allow them to work in closed loop. And let vTune take over from there?

One other question is about the EGR. I installed the EGR bypass. Should I make a correction for that?

Wiz, I finally got it. I see that when I have the correct opening and closing degrees on the slider, in my case 22 and 48, that the number below changes to the single digit IVO and IVC numbers you have been talking about. Thanks for your help.

Download the TTS for Dummies from my signature and most of your questions will be answered.

It is VTune 2 not VTune 3 but VT3 is so easy it's self explanatory.

I need help.

I haven't used my interface for about two years, and today I got it out and did all the updates, including the interface update, and now I cant access any data using it.

It shows connected, but cannot download data.

Also I see the file formats have changed - I have the last files thats loaded into the ECM, and the original file downloaded at the time the TTS was first connected.

Please advise on how to get this working again.

Thanks.

You can't upload or program an older file format anymore... you must convert your old file information to a new file format.

It should work after that.

Mr Wizard is correct 1004ron. If you open the PDF file with the MAPs listed in it you will find on page 15 the cross reference chart. You will find you calibration and the new updated calibration you must use now. Just copy/paste your existing cal into the new cal and you are good to go.
