May be best for you to contact TTS directly and get advice from them. I would think we are out of ideas here.

This embarrassing, but I'll post it here in the hope of saving someone else the frustration and embarrassment.

My kill switch was off.

Would be good if the software had a prompt to alert you to the kill switch status.

Now I have another problem, the security system is only allowing it to run for 2 seconds and then cutting out, so I guess I need to marry the security system to the ECM again.
Put in my override PIN and its running - just need to go back to the book and confirm the next steps, and hope that doesn't mean a trip to the dealer again to marry the two FOB's.

Replace the fob batteries- they don't lose programming, but the batteries do fail...

No reason to be embarrassed. Thanks for posting that. Sometimes the simple things are overlooked. You got it going and that's what matters.

You aren't the first and absolutely won't be the last to experience this.

I tested this with the FOB's out of range and it goes into alarm as soon as the ignition switch is turned on.

I'm guessing that I need to run through the Password Learn process, most likely because the HFSS thinks its now connected to a new ECM after the file was written to it - I'll report back this evening once I've given that a try.

I've never had that issue after programming, but it can't hurt...

All back to normal.

It had code P1010 - password

I did enter my override PIN yesterday, and not sure if I need to deactivate the override.

Only if you use a Win laptop and hot link an adhock network to your ipad using Teamviewer. There are directions somewhere in this thread a few years ago.

Best to keep your eyes on the road though in my opinion. I've used an extended monitor on my left mirror with a tiny convex mirror so I can see to my left. Dangerous to say the least.
