Very old thread but for the recent interested parties——
As as stated the SERT cannot correct the speedo. You don’t “remove the SERT” as it’s just an interface that allows reprogramming of the ECM. The dealership would have to reprogram your ECM to stock. The SERT cannot do that.
There are reprogramers that will allow speedo correction.

Maybe it's time to quit hiring educated ants (https://jobs.harley-davidson.com/sea...ocationsearch=) and contract with someone who understands motorcycles and knows their history for a fix.
