My key indicator on the spedometer is always on, i tried to change security codes with no luck, had to trailer bike home. I changed FOB battery, did what manual said to do. I can't get my existing code number to display and i think i zeroed it while trying to start my bike. My 07 glide is 2nd hand and i do not have the origional codes. Can anyone help or do i requite a dealer. The manual refered to a module?????Can i permanatly disable this #@%$# thing

 

I can't help on this very issue but I can help a little.
What ever you have to do, it just is what it is. Not the bikes fault. It can't help it. Nomatter what, you cannot argue with a computer that wants certain things to work. It must be satisfied. If you had the original codes you can do it manually, if not--

Last resort is the dealer can fix this. You gotta have all your proof of ownership and such and they can restart the ECM. I think.
