Need help! 99 Road King EFI

Changing out the fuel lines on my 99 Road King, as they are leaking. Do I need to remove the tank to get to them or is there a trick to this?

EFI external fuel lines?

Quick release push up sleeve and remove line. Check valve will stop gas flow.

Screw on type just unscrew and stand by to catch the gas as it flows out the tank.
