Why did you remove the narrow band sensors?
You have the bungs for both, so use them.
Put your narrow band sensors back in, clear the codes and go from there.

OP says he installed the 18mm (WB) sensors and removed the stock 12mm (NB) which means if he has those connected to the AT the ECM won’t be seeing any sensors.....

Should all still work but the ECM needs to be told the sensors not there. He will be able to autotune it using the WBs with the PV and WBs via the AT (I believe). Again, an email to Dynojet will probably get an answer that sorts it

Yobtaf103 said he has a Fuel Moto header with both 12mm and 18mm bungs.
He installed the 18mm wide bands, removed the 12mm narrow bands and plugged those bungs.

The AutoTune Pro unit is not like the Target Tune unit. It has no place for the stock O2 sensor wires.

That leaves his stock O2 sensor wires hanging in the breeze, and not hooked up as you say, causing codes to be thrown.

So put the narrow bands back in and hook them up.
The 12mm sensors will talk to the bike’s ECM and keep it happy, the 18mm will talk to the AutoTune Pro and keep it happy.

What is so hard?

How do get the EML off ?
If you are using the Auto Tune Pro kit you need to either have the the factory O2's plugged in to allow closed loop operation under normal operating conditions outside AT mode or turn off closed loop all together in your calibration (generally not recommended).

Thanks Guys, will fit the 12mm back on.
I Removed the 12mm as did not realise you can run both together (never had a header where i could do that), done a couple of TC's with just 18mm PV/ATP never had EML show

Question, you modify the map with the Quick Tune . Then if you decide to use the PC to "Get Tune" from PV to change something like gear ratio, then re flash ....will the Quick tune values stay or do you need to add them again.
I went back and looked at QT after loading and all the values were set to 0.

May be wrong. I think since you had to re flash the tune when you made changes to anything but live idle then you will have to put the changes back in to quick tune after you mod the tune then re-flash. Best thing would be to get the information from Quick Tune and put it in the tune.

If you use Get Tune this retrieves the tune from the Tune Manager in the PV, any edits with Quick Tune would not be in this map file. If you want the tune from your ECM which would include the Quick Tune edits you would first go to Program Vehicle>Load Copy>Copy of Current and place it in a slot in the Tune Manager, you would then Get Tune and select this file.

I was snooping around online today looking for more info on relation of AFR to VE tables and found this below. Good for anyone interested in tuning info basics and how the systems all communicate.
