Had to do some work to my motor to fix worn out parts, ended up changing the cams while I was there. I've gone for my target cams even though I know the compression ratio isn't there to support them yet. Once more money comes in I can change the pistons and port the heads.
In the meantime I'm trying to get somewhere near a sensible tune. Did a few autotunes and the bike runs pretty good. Looking at the AFF % though the front cylinder is way leaner than the rear.
Should I be globally adjusting the front cylinder down closer to the rear? If there is more info in this thread about this situation, please tell me and I'll go and search for it, I couldn't find it when I had a longish look.

Depending on how interested you are, you can open the tunes in the dynojet winpv and adjust the fuel (target AFR or VE) individually (front vs rear). Maybe make some global adjustments on the cylinders, as if you 'globally' do it in auto tune, itll run rich on the rear and normal on the front otherwise.

Just quickly playing in Mega log viewer I searched for the highest front AFF.
At that point this is what I saw
Front AFF = 110.2
Rear AFF = 96.1
RPM = 2507
TPS = 48
MAP = 102.55
Fonr VE = 103.5
Rear VE = 110.0
So my limited understanding so far tells me that the VE table is adding more fuel at this particular cell on the rear cylinder compared to the front.
Looking in WinPV shows

Looking at the above I think I'm way off base so all I want to do right now is get a decent base map to start autotune from. I got one from the cam supplier but I get this
The tune was for a 2012 bagger, mine is a 2015 Dyna. I did an update tune using PV but still no dice. The Software Level on this tune is 202 my other tune is 357.
