I have just installed a pair of Rinehart slip on's on a '07 Road King Custom with a stock Twin Cam 96 engine. I am about to install an Arlen Ness Big Sucker Stage 1 air filter kit. I was under the impression that the EFI computer would need to be "reflashed". After speaking with the local HD dealer, they say that "reflashing" the stock computer will not get me where I need to be due the Rinehart's, that it will not be rich enough and that they are more than willing to upgrade me to a Power Commander for a nominal fee. Has anyone done similar upgrades using stock computer? Any other thoughts to share on this topic?

 

Had the ECM Flash done when got Freedom True Duals and SE AC didn't do squat .. Got a PCV with AutoTune much better .. Should get a good tuner anyway Power Commander, TTS, TMax whatever to get the AFR Right ..
