can i buy these in a auto parts store?

Micro Starter Relay
Replaces OEM 31522-00C

Micro System Relay
OEM 31511-01B

If it is the small black square starter relay, yes. I found one for my 03 Deuce. Not sure what your part number fits.

I just went and got a HD one. But it did die 4 times on the way there. My bad relay was the gray system one but replaced both. One was $8 and the other was $6.
