Ok guys, just took my bike apart and I cant believe the engine never blew up! It was running soooooo lean! It is an 06 softail and it has a thunderheader, SE air cleaner and a black SERT. I bought the bike like this and it seemed to run really nice. I took it apart to put some andrews 37 cams in. When I took the t header off I could not believe how hot the exhaust ports were! no trace of carbon on anything, plugs are white, even the valve stems are coated white. So i want to change the map before I even start it with the new cams. Can somebody help me out with a map that is close to my setup or suggest a "canned" sert map that will be closer. this is so frustrating I will prob just grab a tmax so that if i do more mods in the future I dont need a dyno tune, my brother and another buddy of mine swear by the tmax. Thanks anyways though guys

 

A Tmax is not going to help. You will have to dyno it with the Tmax as the 06 softail does not have O2 sensors.

 

I will use the auto tune module and weld 02 sensor bungs in the t header.
