Has anyone heard of a flat spot on your starter? Starting last year, every once in awhile my 07 Roadking Classic will not start. you can hear the starter click, but not engage. at first i thought that it was my key fob disabling the ignition but, if I roll the bike around alittle, it starts like nothing ever happened. any thoughts? Thanks

 

Just had new starter put on after mine did that. Put it in gear & rock it, it would start, til last week, when i was charged 780.00 for a new high torque starter and spending 10 days waiting to get it back. Took the wife on a short weekend trip that turned into 10 days & and one p.o'd wife.

 

And where, pray tell, did they say that this "flat spot" was on your starter?
