Blinking engine light, odometer, Neutral light and oil lights at at the same time
2012 Heritage Softtail Classic would not start this morning. (Battery was tested three weeks ago when I bought it and at 12.3 V)
Today when the ignition was turned to the "on" position and "run" the engine light, odometer, neutral light and oil lights ALL came on blinking rapidly at the same time & the bike would
not start.

Your battery is compromised.
Remove battery and have it load tested not just a voltage test.
Battery plus bulb shops have an online coupon. You pre-pay, go to to store and pick-up battery.
12.3 volts three weeks ago means nothing today.
Also note that a battery can have volts showing OK but a load test will show true health.
