on a resent trip around town I had my bike cut off in the middle of a riding it a couple of times. I managed to make it back to the house, after restarting it a couple of times.
after i got home i check s battery terminals to find both a little loose. I tightened them and went for another ride without any problems. ( only rode it about 20 miles )
now i noticed my headlight won't burn, but bike seems to be free of the short or cutting off.

do you think battery terminals was the problem?
or maybe something else?

 

Is your battery fully charged? Bad/dying batteries do strange things.

 

check your fuse, check your high/low switch, check you trouble codes... usually a bad battery connection just keeps the battery from charging.
